Temperament Testing

We have been temperament testing our puppies since 2023. Originally, we started doing the testing at 4 weeks and 6 weeks of age. After several litters, it was determined that the testing is more effective at 5 weeks and 7 weeks of age due to the developmental stages of the puppies. We do this temperament testing so that our clients looking for a Pomsky puppy have an idea of how our puppies are responding to different stimuli and social cues, just as if they were sitting on our living room floor, picking up and playing with their puppies! It also gives us here at Smoky Mountain Pomskies a snapshot of things to work on with each one, and the progress they are making socially and developmentally. This is a great tool for us for our puppies and our owners!
