The Family History of Sarge…

A different type of pupdate, a history lesson of sorts!

Do you have a descendant of Sarge? Here is a little family history! Several years ago, we purchased a Husky (Sadie) for our foundation lines. After we brought her home, we were surprised to discover that she was pregnant with a full Husky litter. A few weeks later, we had a large litter of Husky puppies.

Two of these puppies remained local to us. Odin (chocolate male) was taken by a good family friend who spoils him absolutely rotten, even though he's the biggest Husky escape artist in the South! And Domino (black and white female) who we gave to our affiliates Pomskies of Middle Tennessee - Middle TN Pomskies as a breeding dog. We kept Pippa for our lines and she went on to have a large litter of gorgeous chocolate Pomsky puppies. Sarge, our OG stud is from that litter, which makes Domino and Odin his aunt and uncle.

After Domino was finished being mama to several litters, Odin's owner wanted to give her a furever home, so both siblings are now partners in crime, living their best lives as Kristy's dogs. Honestly, Kristy treats her dogs like they are people, so they landed a pretty cushy life with her! Sarge has gone on to sire many litters with us...we still have people who love him and want one of his babies.
